Google search in wrong country for Nexus 7

[AC Question]

Somehow, when I was in Mexico, Google search changed to Google mexico. I would prefer it to be google US or Google Canada as that is where I live.
I cannot seem to change this and am now using Bing as the search provider.

Any ideas?
