Google search on multitasking view??

Hi! I had to enter safety mode and when i rebooted into normal mode i went and opened the messaging app, right after i opened multitasking view to swipe away the messaging app and i noticed that i had that google search bar on top of the multitask window. I made a factory reset but to no avail, it is still there! Is there any way to take it out? It's strange 'cause when there isn't an app open two things happen, either the bar won't appear or the google search app will appear has being open.
