google services framework problem

After updating my fresh rom from 3.5 to the new beta I only have some of my previous application on my EVO. hen I chose my apps from the market I see the rest of them. However, when I try to download any of them I get a message saying

The application Google Services Framework (process com.google.process.gapps) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.

SInce then I reinstalled the rom, used titanium backup to restore that process. However, nothing works.

Can anyone tell me what to do?

Flash back to the most stable fresh rom and contact the dev about your problem so he knows.
