Google Services, MI Inbuilt apps and some randrom apps force closing issue

Hello Guys, please help me. I have Poco F1 (Indian Variant). I've done everything but still, apps force closes, not just google apps but almost every app(even MIUI system app and this is the case with both custom rom and stock rom). I've even done a clean fastboot rom flash even on different versions. Also google play services stops working even when i'm setting up Android for the first time after fastboot rom flash, after a lot of tries when I'm able to get to start phone then these apps and Even UI crashes (like soft reboot). I'm very irritated now. Please, someone, help me. Here is a detail list of one app close (I don't know if this will be of any help but still). This is showing in the details tab of force close for that app(this one is for Google Pay app).
