So two days ago I went into that Google stuff and activated Google Services... When I saw how much battery it takes I tried to find a solution and just disabled it yesterday, but here is the picture of what I found today when seeing battery stats. I have Xperia Z updated because it died after just one week so I have 4.2.2 Android.... Please help, I'm pissed off

I think you should turn off auto sync data. Go to settings->data usage->menu and remive the tick. But you'll have to sync everything manually and you won't receive new mail notifications.
If i helped , hit the thanks :D

I disabled that as soon as got the phone hah.. Thanks for trying..i went to apps and disabled most of google apps that have "may prevent phonefrom sleeping" because of 12 hours it was prevent from sleepimg by the google services 11 hours... Should have never enable those services, thinking of reseting my phonr but don't want to set up all apps and everything again since I had Note 2 for about week and then I switched too xperia, broke down after a week, and then I got it back and for 3rd time had to install apps and everything... Now it's running for 4 hours and has 79% , still have about 73% of google services

Was Latitude enabled ? Disable it.
Do you use Play books, Play Magazines Play Movies or Play music ? If not, go in app manager, clear cache and data, and disable them.
Using the app manager, try to un-installed /disable anything you are not using.

When you download an app. Be selective, don't go by features or download count only; Check permissions, the more it wants, the more data it is likely to collect, thus, more data sent over the network, increasing both bandwidth usage and battery drain.

House clean. When your done using an app, going to the app manager to make sure it's no longer running is a good idea. If no time is available, try to at least go to the app manager once a day to kill useless processes and running apps.
