Google Settings?

So, I checked my phone and updated every app, I just noticed it yesterday, but in the top right corner, there's a Google Settings app, and it doesn't appear in my settings when I try to uninstall it or anything. It opens just like any apk would. I don't see the app appear on my ASUS TF300T, so I think something funny is going on.

Anyone have any idea why?

Screenshots related.

AC has an article on this, read it on Currents...I have it now too. They just pushed it out.

So, with the replies so far, it will eventually make its way to all Android devices? I have yet to see it on my tablet though.

You made me look! It's now on my Vivid! I clicked the Ads tab and unchecked the box for the ads.

Does this disable ads though or just the personalization?

Just the personalization. So if you went to naughty sites lately, you'll stop seeing erotic ads and just some random ads.
