On the latest version of the Google search app, when doing a song search, it links you to the play music store from the web, and it the app? Does anyone e know why, or if it can be fixed? Here's a picture of what I'm talking about. uploadfromtaptalk1454258804573.jpg

I use Soundhound and Shazam to just get the information. No store involved unless I choose it after the tune is identified.

I'm not sure if this is the perfect answer, but it works. IMO, Shazam is the better of the two.

Well I understand that , but I like to use all Google core apps if possible that's why.

Quite understandable. I was just suggesting what worked for me.

I hope you get it figured out.
Haha no trust me I appreciate it. I hope someone knows the answer because it used to work with the previous folder version of the Google Search app, but now it's a newer Google search yes, it does not work anymore or it link it to the web version of Google play music. Which you know I don't want to do. I don't always want to have to load up the internet just to find a song. Its just annoying.
