Did they take away the option to ungroup sequential messages in chat? I can't seem to figure it out. Anybody know how to?

It seems to be missing a lot of settings options now, or they moved the settings to somewhere that I can't find. Mine is grouping sequential messages in the same chat box, which makes it look like it's one big message. And the font size is huge now compared to before, I wish it was changeable.
