Google Talk to Text for text messages?

I had a Note 5 previously, and when I did Talk to Text it used Google. Is there any way to do the same on the S10+ instead of Samsung/ Bixby?

Yes there is a setting in language and input to set the preferred text to speech engine. Also can set your preferred spell check somewhere too.
