when someone leaves me a message and i go to read it it says something completely something else. is anyone or has anyone had this problem and are others that way also?

You can try YouMail, but the free version is limited.

well.. google voice does very well..
unless the background noise is too much
or speaker is too quiet..
or mumbles
or bad accents..

Google Transcription is not always spot on. Sometimes it will skip words or say different things.

On the plus side, what Google Voice lacks in accuracy, it makes up in comedy.
