Google voice and transcribe not working[Solved]

Since the update on Monday, every time I get a voicemail I have to log into my voicemail and listen.

I no longer get an email with the transcript or can I see it in the voice app.

This happen for anyone else?

Clear data,cache,force stop the dialer app

In the opposite order - force stop first, so the app doesn't gather or cache any more data, then clear cache. If that doesn't do it, clear data.

I ended up doing everything. Seems that it reverted back to previous call screen options. Maybe I should try rebooting. Also, won't know if it worked until I get a voicemail.

Ok, didn't work. Just got the voicemail pop-up and no transcript.

I got it working!!!!

After many months of searching through multiple forums and stuff, I finally found what I needed to get it going....and it had nothing to do with the update!

In late January I called AT&T to complain about my local signal strength. They did something on the backend resetting all the parameters trying to get my phone to function better. It turns out, during the reset they disabled my CCF(Conditional Call Forwarding). Yesterday, I called AT&T tech and had them put that back on my phone. Now Google Voice picks up my calls for Voicemail and does all the transcribing again!
