Google voice and voice text stopped working...help

Ive got a HTC ONE S (Virgin) Yesterday my Google voice and my voice text stopped working, when I try and send a text by voice, I get a "audio problem" notice and a triangle with an exclamation point in it, same thing when I try to use google voice.....I have tried restartying and I have tried a hard reset a few times (holding in my poer button for 10 sec or so until restarts)
Any help with this would be appreciated.....I have not received any updates that I know of... the cyberon voice isnt working either.....

Since you're getting an "audio problem" error in so many different applications, it sound to me like there's some sort of hardware problem with the microphone. If the system is unable to activate or otherwise use the hardware microphone for some reason (damage, debris, etc.) it may very well result in the notification you're talking about.

I only have three suggestions for you, and I would try them in this order:

1. Ensure the microphone is clear of debris and the surrounding area of the phone looks undamaged.
2. Do a complete factory reset on the phone, making sure your personal data is backed up and can be restored.
3. Look into applying for a replacement device under warranty/insurance.

Funny you would have this issue... I had this issue too... but I was able to fix it because Im rooted
Im not sure of the original cause of the problem but the mic stopped working because of the bluetooth. It could possibly be a hardware issue..... but it hasnt done it since.
When I connected to the bluetooth (both car audio and telephone) and right after the mic stopped... and it wouldnt come back even after restarting.

I had to re-flash the ROM and it worked fine again. I would highly recommend doing a factory restart. It should fix the problem.
