Google Voice Search

I installed EB01 yesterday and I was messing around with the new Google Voice Search. You are supposed to be able to say " call John Doe at mobile." Well every time I try to use the Google Voice search option to call my dad, it keeps going to the web and searching for my dad. Is anybody else having this issue?

Yeah it doesn't seem to work that well. I can say "Send text message to John Doe" and it will put "to John Doe" in the message field and leave to "to:" field blank every time. Does seem to work well for navigation though.

What sucks is that at one point in my whole rooting/modding experience this was working perfectly, and it really was awesome. The Google based voice actions were simply the best I've ever used, in any phone, ever. As close to perfect as possible. Heck, it was perfect. Then, as my phone continued to "evolve", I lost the capability. Ever since then, "Dial (or message) <friend's name>" does a Web search for <friend's name>.

if you open a google search and if you notice under the g their is an arrow u can select what google search thru on your device could possible just be how you have it set.
