I just noticed last night that if you have Google Voice integration that it now sync messages sent from your MMS/SMS messaging app on the phone. Before it would only show the messages that were received not the messages sent from SMS on the phone unless you used the GV app to send SMS.

Anyone else noticed this?

Does Google Voice handle MMS messages yet? That was the most obnoxious drawback that I found. Also annoying that you cannot choose to use ONLY your SMS app (like Handcent or GO SMS) instead of your app in parallel with Google Voice.

yes mine has been doing that for about a month now. i text back and fourth right from my desktop and i can put my phone off to the side

I just turned off notifications for the GV app on the phone and use the stock messaging app. I get an email if I have a voicemail and then I open the GV app to listen to my voicemail. It's just a work around for the time being, hopefully soon they will update GV to give you an option to only push voicemails to the app on the phone.

The last time I checked, messages sent from my phone show up in GV, but messages sent in GV do not show up on my phone.

Some how my voice message transcriptions come to my stock sms app. I don't like using GV as my messaging app. I don't want my text messages on the internet.

Exactly how I do it... I am satisfied with GV thus far (after working out some kinks), but all and all I really hope they tighten it up a little...
