Has anyone still been using this? I was actually almost curious to give it another shot; or, is it the same old buggy beast it's always been?

I've been using the integration since it was beta and am very happy with it (I use my Sprint number as my GV number). Since they updated the GV app to allow separate settings to control notifications for sms and vm I've been even happier.

I like it. I have it set up to notify on voicemail but not on texts, because I use another app for texts. Works great. I've been using it for voicemail since beta also

I also had it during the beta stages and had some issues with corporate accounts. Was a nightmare. I loved it up until that point and when trying it out later I had issues where I wouldn't be receiving calls. Is anyone getting that?

I use it because I carry two phones (one for work, one personal). My personal number is also my GV number, and I have it set to forward my calls to one phone. This way, I receive my work calls on my work phone like normal, and calls to my personal phone go through GV and I receive them on my work phone as well.

I also like the ability to archive voicemails, as calls to both lines use the GV voicemail system. I can then access the VM's from anywhere. Thinking about switching to a dumbphone for personal phone, and simply relying on GV and my work phone.

The one thing I don't like is how the text messaging will start over after a period of time, even though the recipient is the same. If I text my wife, a thread is started. If I stop and send her something else a hour later, it begins a new thread, instead of simply continuing on with the previous one, as most text messaging clients do.

That BUGS me!

if you continue the previous thread (requires looking for said thread) it continues it wonderfully. I also have had GV since beta and I have never looked back. I use the app for txts and VM and absolutely live by the Chrome extension during the work day. Having everything in one place is great as I use gmail for corporate email as well.
