How do you add your Xoom's number to your GV account?

And Boiler Techs converted to Machinist Mates. I do like seeing the old BT2 insignia there live2ride
How are you able to make calls mine is installed and I can txt. But I am not able to make calls? So please explain the steps you are using to do this.
Ok, the voice thing isn't working for me (do have text), and I would be most grateful for the slowed down idiot version.
1. There's no desktop app for gv, so I'm doing that from my browser only. Accepted my zoom number but wouldn't verify, as expected. (Eta do you guys have another way to use without the browser? Am I missing something here?)
2. I downloaded sipdroid and installed and it prompted me to set up an account on pbxes.org linked to my TV account. Did all that.
3. When I open sipdroid and enter a number (my cell) it says it's dialing, but nothing else happens. Eventually I slide it down to end the call. The program doesn't freeze, no error message, just doesn't make a successful phone call.
What settings how/should I configure on sipdroid? For example do I configure to use just pbxes ( got a no network error when I tried that) or do I select 3g or wifi or all three?
Any help much appreciated. I plan to ditch my phone and laptop as soon as I have the zoom fully set up. I don't get all the whining in other threads about apps and price, my zoom rocks and this is the early adopter experience.
