Android Central Question

I recently upgraded to a Galaxy S9 from an S7. On my S7, I used google voice instead of my carrier voicemail (AT&T) for both my google voice number and my carrier number. When I switched to the S9, my carrier number will no longer be answered by google voice. My google voice number continues to work properly. When someone calls my carrier number, the phone just disconnects with a busy signal instead of forwarding to a voicemail. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, and have tried removing and adding the phone through Google voice legacy. Nothing has worked. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

I seem to have this issue every upgrade. There's a number you have to dial to have calls forwarded to your Google voice number. You probably remember doing this once when you first got Google voice. I said I was going to store the number for the next time I needed it but haven't so a quick search should get you that number and get you back on track.
