Google Wallet issue

Anyone tried re-filling more balance to the google prepaid card? I don't have Citi mastercard.
After Google turned the prepaird card back on (after that whole security bug fix), I can't refill the card. Did they still disable this?

I just added $20 to my card. Went through with no issues :-\
