Google Wallet

Does anyone have a link for the new Google Wallet? I just upgraded to 4.2.2 and a quick Google search for the apk isn't turning up anywhere, and I don't feel like digging through dozens of forum pages to find a working link to one right now.

I am looking for this apk file as well. Can anyone help? I have a stock Verizon Nexus. I went to use Wallet in a store today and the message said I had to upgrade. But then of course Google Play says my device is not compatible. I side loaded it before but I am having trouble locating the latest .apk file so that I can do it again. Help please.

I recommend you download it, place in /system/app, change permissions to rw/r/r, then reboot. It should show in the app drawer at that point. Only comment if you've tried that method..

My wallet quit working about two weeks ago. It refuses to acknowledge the card I choose. Has Verizon done something new to prevent use?

I have the newest version of wallet ( version 1.6-R96-v16) on both my phones(Galaxy Nexus, SIII) card added correct. What does it do when you try to add your card?How have you tried to add the card though your phone or though computer? I have a pre paid debit card on mine.
I actually had to update the card info since exp date changed .

I have v16. I start wallet, put in my pin, and it says you haven't selected a funding source. I tap to select a funding source and my visa card pops up. I click on select card and get "error, please try again". I checked the website payment information and it was correct. It was working just fine May 14 and nothing has changed since then. Expiration is not the issue. Thanks for trying to help. I miss it.

Funny, I set up wallet on my Nexus 10 and got the same behavior. I went to the website, deleted and re-added the same card. I rebooted both devices and it works both places now. I am so used to Verizon trouble that I blame them first.

Google changed their security on the wallet and claims now when adding a card it has to be done on a computer .That's why I did mine on a computer when I redid mine the other day (since card expired).I didn't even try though the phone since I was told that .Looking back I should have just edited my card instead of deleting and re adding it tho .
