Google weather colors

I noticed that when you add a city, depending on the weather in that city, a a different background color appears as you move through cities. Where are the settings to change colors?

I noticed that when you add a city, depending on the weather in that city, a a different background color appears as you move through cities. Where are the settings to change colors?

It is probably built in to the app and something you can't modify. Let me know if you figure it out, I would like to know.
