Google widget bugs (copy url/ save image) on Samsung tablet.

Greetings,

I'm encountering irritating bugs with the google chrome widget (search bar) on my Galaxy S3 since the last OS update.

The "save image" option does not appear anymore upon a long press. Only option left is "share image".

The "copy link" (upper corner => three dots => copy link) does not work at all. Nothing gets saved to the clipboard.

Is this a known issue ? any workaround ?

Welcome to Android Central! The Google search bar widget is for the Google app, not Chrome -- they're not the same thing.

When you're using the Google app's image search, tap the image to make it full screen first. Then long-press that. If that's what you're doing, but you still don't see an option to Download Image, then go to Settings>Apps, select Google, then Permissions, and make sure Storage permission is turned on.
