GoSMS settings

Im one of the lucky people who went from an iPhone to the Samsung Infuse and im LOVING android life so far! But I have a problem: I have go SMS pro as my messaging and for some reason it randomly re-sets the appearance to default and my notification settings to default as well. :'( Its annoying having to go back in and put my changes back every few hours! How can I fix this?
