Got a case for the Pixel XL 2. Size is very close to original XL

I realize this is confirming what we already know, but it looks like the overall size of the 2 XL is very very close to the original XL which I have.

I have a photo of my XL next to the new 2 XL case, and then a 2nd pic where I put the XL in the 2 XL case, and as you can see it fits almost perfectly (except for the button placement).

So those wondering about the size of the 2 XL, it would seem to be about the same footprint as the XL.

Thanks for the info - I'm hoping the P2 is the same size as the P1 so I can use the same case.

edit: Yes, the back has the FPS in just about an identical spot on the 2 XL case ..


Also, here is a pic with the insert that came with the 2 XL case next to my original Pixel XL.
