Sometimes, like movies, apps can be a total surprise and either totally spew or be cool.
I found POCKET to be a surprisingly great and useful app.
If you don't want to read it right now, well...just put that link in yo pocket and read it later!

So.....you have any that you've been surprised to be good? Useful?
Please don't say Angry birds, please don't.
Just please....
:p

Apps Organizer is a must for me. You can even customize the label folder and add directly to a home screen.

I also love RingDroid. It let's you isolate your favorite song parts & make your own ring tones. Loves it!

It's not a surprise maybe, but I find Evernote to be very useful. Yes, I can do more or less the same thing with Box (I have 50gig on that!) and Dropbox, but Evernote makes it painless to keep notes, pictures and lists on all my devices without having to stop what I'm doing and upload them - it just syncs in the background. And they are all in one searchable place. Great stuff. I used the free version for a few days then paid for the service.

Trust Go Security - security scanner/system manager/secure web browsing/privacy guard/data backup/device protection. One of the better utility apps i've found so far.

Zedge - Lots of cool wallpapers/live wallpapers, ringtones, notifications and games.

Untapped - If you drink beer you'll love this app.

GrooveIP for those areas where I don't have service but wifi to make calls. Software Data cable eliminates the need for me to use a physical data cable. Battery widget monitor pro let's me keep track of how long my battery will last and how long it'll take to charge

Forgot to add Battery Widget? Reborn!. Has just about every kind of battery info you could need; battery usage/battery history/current cycle stats/average long term stats, very useful app.

Battery? What's a stinking battery? Who worries about a battery anymore?
Oh.. Yes...
The minions without a Maxx.
Hahahaha, that made me laugh as I typed it.
Sorry, back to the regular programming.
Thanks for the suggestions!

How’s this for interactive. I have to give training classes here at the office but I let my phone do the talking. Use Mobile OCR Lite to scan the document and converts it to text, then past it into Notes Lite which has a Text to Speech function and I use an Australian IVONA TTS voice (Pronunciation is way better than the Android TTS) to read out the training sheet for me. How’s that for lazy? But it works better than me reading it out since I get heckled:cool: This is faster.

You know the only reason I dont use Evernote is that my work restricts access to it on my work computer. I use Springpad with no problem and even Dropbox
