got marshmallow now texting lags

i did it , the device cache and the messenger app cache . its still very slow sending texts out.

What carrier do you have? You should check that you have the appropriate PRL/Profile updates for the carrier (if necessary), or check that you are using the proper APNs for the carrier. We can help you find that information if you let us know which network you are using.
