Got Phones, But No Account...

So, I got my phones today, but when I went to activate them, they couldn't pull up the new numbers I got.

Somehow my plan hadn't activated yet or something, and they couldn't even find it.

This is a new account with Verizon, and boy what a start...

Hope this gets figured out soon. I feel bad for people that have unlimited data, if this is how it's going.
 
Been on the phone for over an hour and they still can't figure out how to activate it or where the account is, and they can't create a new one. Fun times.
 
Eh, now it's gone up to whoever is above Tech Support, and I have to wait 24-48 hours to hear back.

Not sure which is worse, not having the phone, or having the phone and not being able to use it.
