GPS app with specific abilities

Hello, new to droid.

I'm looking for a specific GPS app. There are tons of them. I'm trying to find one that will do the following:
These are pretty generic and many apps have these...
Switch coordinate systems between LAN/LON and UTM.
Switch datums between NAD27 and WGS84.
Download maps for offline use such as topo and hiking and biking trails.

Some more specific features..
The ability to display my position on the map in realtime my position in any coordinate system.
The ability to display on the map the location for a cursor in realtime.
The ability to place a waypoint and get a bearing and distance to the waypoint and display that on the map.
Ability to select the GPS refresh interval (to conserve battery).

If anyone knows of an app that will do the above, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

GPS Status and Toolbox gives a lot of information and was helpful to a lot of users last year with gps and Maps issues on the Note 3 for one.

GPS Navigation and Maps by Skobbler / Scout has downloadable large maps at a reasonable price.

Offline Maps and Navigation is another good one.

Here maps you will know of are currently still on Android.

None of these may fulfil all your criteria but its a start. I don't think cell technology is as accurate as satellite so there are probably limitations.
Off roading, mountaineering or trail walking communities would know more I guess.
