don't expect anyone here to answer you...I ended up sending mine into Samsung, should be getting mine back next week, Just call Samsung, not AT&T all those idiots do is ask if your gps is on and then say its the app that is not working and try to have you use their Navigator app which is $9.99/mth, and when I told them I did a gps test and it didn't pick up, they don't even offer to exchange the phone just told me call samsung
