Grand Prime Stuck On "Android is starting... Starting up apps."

So i was just exiting netflix to go onto youtube, when my youtube wouldn't load, then i tried going on a few other apps and they wouldn't load, then out of nowhere my device started rebooting, and has been stuck on the "Android is starting... Starting apps." Screen ever since. Its been 2 hours. Please help

Update: After 4 painstaking hours, the battery died and now the device is working fine
