Graph/Chart App?

I'm looking for an app that will let me make simple graphs with data I enter.

For example, if I want to make a line or bar graph showing how much I spend on groceries from month to month, I'd be able to input the values and it would show me the data in the graph of my choosing. Any suggestions?
