Question GRC Shields Up! -- ports 89 and 90 blue / "closed"

... and my phone cannot pass GRC's Shield's Up! test.

Ports 89 and 90 are not hidden.

Can anyone give any insight as to what's going on?

Sharing the information below in the event it may help.

I ran the all ports scan (the first 1056 ports) on my S24U when connected to NordVPN (default settings) and VPN protocol set to Automatic), and the Shields Up!! scan showed all ports as Stealth (Green).

The scan results page has a "Strange Results?" section that indicates personal firewalls may be a factor for why some ports show as blue and then later shift to green. If you have a firewall app on your S24U, then maybe try running the test again with the firewall adaptive feature set to off as the section suggests.

My S24U has One UI 6.1 and December 1, 2024 Android security patch level.
