I joined to figure out how to get the 4.08.605.2 update to go through- found the site thanks to a link a user posted on incredibleforum.com. Was also having huge problems with running out of space and it looks like the answers I found here will fix that too.

Thanks to the members for their help! I am not super tech-savvy... my phone is not rooted... but I was not ready to just replace it under my phone's insurance as Verizon suggested. I will be back for more ideas for sure!
