Green battery icon. Where is it?

Picked up my replacement N7 however I do not see the green battery icon.... This shot is during the setup phase

Got my At&T update last night. Green battery now.

It came to me in an update overnight last night. Wasn't prompted, it just installed.

Same for me, automatically downloaded and installed during the night.

I manually updated my software last night a little after midnight a few hours after picking up my replacement N7. Hmmm. I guess it would have perhaps done it automatically. I did not get any prompting and my battery icon was still white so I did it on my own so of course it went green after that.

I'm guessing there will be many more batches of phones which receive the forced update overnight tonight.
