Green heart with green dot on When

[Android Central Question]

When I'm closing all the apps on my phone, an app with a green heart and a green dot on top appears . is all white ( no letters or anything) just white with the green icon mentioned before.
It doesn't open no matter how much I clic it. It doesn't appear on my app menu, I did not download any app in a while.
It keeps appearing by itself. No idea what it is.
I think this started after a system update, but not sure.
