Green lines cover my S4 screen!!!

I recently got my S4 repaired when on holiday in USA. It needed a new glass and LCD. It was working fine until last night when the screen went blank and then all these green lines appeared horizontally all the way down the screen. The phone seems to work fine otherwise but i just can't see anything to operate it. Please help as i have already spent ?250 to repair it........

Are you still in the U.S.? I'd go back to the store where they replaced it since they didn't do a good job.
Try booting into recovery or download mode and see if the lines still show on the screen

I am back in Spain so looks like i have to go pay again. I think i will just buy a new phone as i can't be bothered with the hassel!!!! Thanks anyway.
