Green Picture Outcome With Camera Problem

If someone can resolve my problem, please respond. I own a Samsung Galaxy S9 and lately I've been having this problem lately where when I take a picture, the picture is nothing but green, nothing else appears in the picture. As well, when my phone is in sleep mode, I think I sometimes see my screen flicker on, but my phone doesn't unlock or do anything weirder. I've seen a lot of questions and concerns from other people about this problem, but every response had no solution. Does anyone have any idea what's happening? I'd really appreciate the feedback.

Is the camera saving photos to Internal Storage or the SD card by default? Does this happen in Safe Mode? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-37190

Thank you for replying. My photos are being saved to the Internal Storage. I honestly don't know what safe mode is, or how to access it.

Safe mode turns off any third party apps to see if problem goes away, now if it's the same in that mode you'll need to get your phone repaired and if it doesn't you'll need to see which app is causing this
