Green screen nexus 7

Hi Guy's , hoping someone here can help me.
I've just replaced the screen on my daughters nexus 7 (LCD & Digitizer) all works OK except the screen background is green and doesn't display properly.
I have done a hard reset to factory settings but no good, have checked ribbon cable and connections but all seem OK.
Any help would be massively apreciated.

i have the same problem. im just gunna go ahead and send the LCD & Digitizer back to China. I hope i get my money back. I'm only buying american made from now on

Hmm I need to replace mine now as well unfortunately. Did u guys stumble across any OEM Screens you can buy? I'm not comfortable replacing it with something that may not be up to the same quality as the original.

here is a link to where you can find the proper part with bezel attached. but for $140 you might as well get a new nexus 7

Did you solve this problem?. I just replaced LCD and digitizer and have the same problem . Green background

Tablets? Good luck with that...

as a matter of fact i have personally made over 400 USD from swapping parts among nexus 7's and simply rebooting nexus 7's bought off of various websites, so yes, i do happen to have very good luck with that thank you very much.

i can personally testify that this product is much lower quality to the original nexus 7 screen
