Green tinted screen only when cold

My turbo 2 screen gets a green tinted upper part only when it's cold like 50 and below. It's not the green line everyone else has. Now when it's really cold the whole screen flickers green.

When using the device does it go away? It could be a result of the cold temperature; however, I am pretty sure the device should still be performing in about 50 degree, or slightly below, whether.

Yes once it warms up it all goes away. The flickering green screen only happens when it's real cold but the green top part comes on up to 60 degrees and won't disappear til it warms up

i got 2line. One pink other green.

That is NOT what I have that's why I said it's not the typical common green line.
