Grey circle on screen

Yesterday I factory rest my Moto 360 so I could pair it with my new phone and something odd has happened to the screen. I now have a small grey circle on the display, at first I thought the screen was damaged but noticed it went away when placed in the dock. So I did another factory rest and watched all the boot animations and set up screens and didn't and it didn't appear.

But as soon as the watch face displayed it came back only this time in a different location, so I touched it and noticed I can move it around. So I guess this is some kind of feature but can't find any option to turn it of or even figure out what it is supposed to do.

Just managed to find the answer, no amount of googling seem to help. It was an option in the Android Mini Wear launcher, assistive touch.

I got this after doing an update to Mini Wear. Left me a bit bemused as well. I left feed back for Mini Wear on Google Play asking them to have it where it launches the full Mini Wear app draw when you press the circle (instead of a cut down version) and they said that they will add this feature very soon! Good news as I find the stock launcher to be quite rubbish.
