GrooveIP Removed from Android Market?

I just flashed my phone and didn't back up any paid for apps, was just going to re-download from the market. You can already tell Captain Hindsight is strong in this one.

GrooveIP was missing from my apps. Confused, I looked for it in the marketplace, it's gone. With no data/cell plan, I had to travel to some dark areas of the web to get it.

Can anyone confirm what happened? I remember the developer was on XDA, has anyone heard from him?

Found it in the Amazon App Store: GrooVe IP - Google Voice VoIP:Amazon:Mobile Apps
I'm not seeing it available in the Android Market. Could be temporarily down for maintenance. Might want to contact the dev from the Amazon app store.

Still no answer to this but Groove IP's facebook page says they got an email from Google saying the app has been suspended. You can follow the latest from their facebook page:
