Group message question

I use handcent as my default messaging app. When I send a group message it shows the multiple people I sent it to. The problem is when I receive an MMS picture from someone who has sent it to me and other people, I can't tell they sent it to others. It is just assumed it was individually sent to me. There is no list of other people included in the group
