Group Message Responses Error

[Android Central Question]

I have a Galaxy S10 5G from Korea. I am able to send and receive group messages. HOWEVER! When anyone responds or I respond to a message, it comes as an indvidual message, instead of in the group message. I will receive this as a multimedia message. I have tried deleting the cache, data, restarting and looking for MMS settings, but nothing is fixable. Is this a phone carrier problem or the actual phone?

I dont think there's a solution yet for this , we had a recent inquiry about it but the standard suggestion didn't work. Are you using this device in different region and iPhone users?

I am not sure I understand the specifics of this situation. So initial/first message sent to a group (or received from someone as part of a group) goes out and comes in fine in the expected group conversation, but then immediately afterwards any other subsequent responses sent/received to/for the group are then in individual conversations, not added to the original group conversation? Is that the scenario?
