Group message wont send to friend with google pixel 3?

So my friends and i have a group chat and every one is recieving the messages except one person she has a google pixel 3 and i have an lgg6 is there a reason to why she cant recieve any of the messages? Is there a way to fix this?

Group message uses MMS. Most common issue with MMS is the mis- configuration of MMS APN. Check out the MMS APN setting and compare that to what the carrier requires.
This is a carrier issue, not Pixel3 issue.

It is better to give the carrier a call. It is their responsibility to provision the phone properly.

Did she ever have an iPhone? If so, tell her to contact Apple Support and make sure her number has been completely removed from the iMessage server.

I have a Pixel 3 XL and was suddenly unable to send MMS messages (group texts or photos). it turns out for me it was a conflict with a recently installed app, Venmo. Once I uninstalled it, MMS worked. I contacted Venmo to tell them, but they asked for all sorts of information about my Venmo account and since I don't use it very much it wasn't worth it to me to get into it with them.
