Group Messaging issue

So, I have a group text that goes between me and my 5 siblings, basically, there is 6 of us and we all talk over this one text message and have been doing so for over a year now and it's pretty cool. It started when I was on Verizon with the Note 4, worked like it should, then ATT with the S6 Active - worked like it should. Now, I decided I wanted a better phone than the active and went to the V10 (and LOVE IT!). Here's what happens... The V10 has me in the listed group of the message and it sends the messages to me after I send the messages out. So, basically I get a message from my older sister, the younger sister laughs at it, I make fun of both of them, then I get me making fun of them too.

Anyone have this issue? Anyone have a fix for this issue?

ATT Stock app... maybe that's the problem, but give me your thoughts anyway.

I am not on ATT, but on VZW. However when i use my V10 stock app for group messaging my siblings I do not get my own texts back to me.

The problem I'm having with group messaging with the V10 on Verizon is no matter if I use stock app or Verizon's Messaging app I get the texts that my wife sends but not any from the person who sent it? Any or all help would be appreciated. Thank You!

No problems here. We do group chats for work without any issue

I've had an issue with group messaging where people weren't getting texts, but i had made the group and there were multiple iphones in there. I had one of the iPhone users remake it and everything was fine after that. Obviously not your problem, but a problem nonetheless. Note that I was using the messaging app from google
