group messaging texts coming in separate

Hi Guys,
I have a t mobile htc one m8 and when I get sent a mms group message they come in as individual texts from each user. Does anyone know how I get them to come in as a group message and I am able to reply all.

When you are in the messaging app, I'm assuming you're using stock htc messaging app, on top it will say group messaging, tap that and select group message, you probably have it set to individual messages

That was already selected. I used to get group messages, but I messed something up a few weeks ago and can't figure it out

While in Messaging, go to Settings, then MMS settings, then scroll to the bottom. Is Group Messaging checked?
