Grrr. Sprint, seriously?

So, I just got off the phone with sprint. I've had an issue for a few days where I'm not receiving (some) calls.

What do they have me do? ##249028# or something to not change anything and then change my roaming settings to sprint only. Screw that. I like leeching off verizon towers. (and I tried it for kicks, still didn't fix it)

Any idea of any solutions? I'm in a dream area for service...

Sorry about the late post, but did you try pulling the batt, leaving it put for a few minutes and then putting it back in? It will reset the battery. The other method I know involves the msl code and changing your data settings, but I don't know how to access the data menu on the photon. PM me if you know how ill tell you what to do.

Did all that, after a factory reset and wasting 4 hours on the phone with sprint reps, still having the issues... Not missing calls but still missing texts. Hopefully my update I received will help...
