4 am? I got about 6 in Plano at 9 pm. about 900k up

i dont know how speed test works but i was on wifi all day and got 4kbs
i didnt bother with 4g because ih ave 1 bar of reception and it wont even load web pages at that speed

whats considered good for 4g? how come its so off for every one, i see a 13mb and a average of 4-6 but i dont see whats so great about 4g if its so inconsistent and basically 3g speeds in my area
