gs3 4.3 update camera flashes when ringing

my sprint gs3 recently received 4.3 update and the camera flash blinks when the phone is ringing and i can not figure out how to turn the flash off, i have tried all suggestions and it still wont stop flashing???

This has been answered many, many times. I'm not on 4.3, so can't check exactly, but look in accessibility settings. Somewhere in there is the option to turn it off. If it's already turned off, check the box, the uncheck it. If you can't find the option, or that doesn't work, try searching the forum for the answer.

Yep, what he said. mine was checked off, but it still would flash. So i had to turn it on and off many times before it worked. Didnt like having a disco party in my cube at work every time i'd get a call.
