Gs3 frozen

[AC Question]

My Samsung Galaxy S3 won't let me get into it. It feels as if my finger is invisible to it. The lockscreen won't even acknowledge my finger and when I hole down the power button to restart it it doesn't et me press restart. I've taken out the artery and SD card multiple times. Please help fast.
