GS3 - JB Google Now - Not talking...

I tried Google Now on my S3, but Google does not talk to me... It only search on internet without telling me the answers ..

Someone have a idea of the problem ?

Set the locale to English (US).
download " locale settings" from the play store to do this.

Don't mean to sound like a jerk... but is the media volume up?

Try asking what the weather is, make sure ur volume is up and ur not on vibrate or silent mode
It won't talk for every question

Theres a google search update today bringin more commands...

Yeah there are different volumes for media/system/notifications etc, my guess is it's that (which was my problem)

Yeap, happened to my GS3 also. Had the games/media volume down all the way and hadn't realized.

One other possibility, though probably less likely: If you've disabled Google Text to Speech (to "fix" Lightflow's talking problem, perhaps), none of the Google apps will talk to you.
